400+ Likes Later: The Accidental TikTok Case Study

Two weeks ago, I had zero TikTok strategy. No content calendar, no team of editors, no “viral hack.” Just me, my phone, and a dangerous mix of caffeine and consistency.

Fast forward: 400+ likes, reels stacking views, and suddenly my everyday life is a feed.

The “Strategy” (if you can even call it that):

Consistency — apparently posting every day does more than just annoy your mates. Genuine advice — sharing actual tips that people can use, instead of lip-syncing badly to trending audios (though never say never). Work + everyday life — turns out people like seeing me make invoices, chase $1 receipts, and build an empire from my bedroom. Who knew?

The Funny Part

I didn’t mean to make TikTok a thing. But now, I’ve got entrepreneurs asking for advice, strangers following along, and algorithms whispering “one more reel.”

It’s almost like TikTok rewards people for… actually being themselves. (Groundbreaking, I know.)

So here we are: 400 likes down, millions to go. If you’re not following, you’re missing the behind-the-scenes chaos — and the occasional £1 invoice drama.

Stay tuned, receipts pending.
