Mitt Group today announced the acquisition of WXM, marking a major step in the group’s long-term vision of building an integrated ecosystem of strategy, media, and technology ventures.
WXM, known for its experimental approach to AI-driven strategy, digital influence systems, and unconventional business modelling, will now operate as a core division within the Mitt Group structure.
The acquisition positions Mitt Group to accelerate development across emerging areas including AI-powered media, future retail frameworks, and next-generation brand ecosystems.
Under the new structure, WXM will continue to function as a creative and strategic innovation lab focused on developing new commercial concepts, content ecosystems, and scalable digital assets.
“WXM represents the type of forward-thinking experimentation that defines the next generation of business building,” a Mitt Group spokesperson said. “Integrating WXM into the group allows us to combine strategic creativity with operational scale.”
The move reflects Mitt Group’s broader strategy of assembling a network of specialised entities designed to operate together within a unified corporate architecture.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
